God thinks in generational electronics. Unfortunately, this means some glossing over of local time frame electronic orchestration, and many 'fruitless' branches.

Fitness.

Some men are given responsibility of the fitness of humanity. We are making decisions that will reflect on us as humanity forever. Many with megadollars make decisions to change or select for fitness of humanity, in a manner akin to rapid evolution.

This should be done intelligently rather than by wealth. Wealth should be produced and founded in a way that will not have such emphasis on fitness itself, and to support intelligence in this way. Intelligence itself with money supporting it, reviewed by the quantum [quota?], will take a more primary role in helping us select fitness.

Time already does this.

Let us give quotas of the money stream to everyone in ways that will select us by intelligence.

Time does not already do this, if it is overridden by adherence to quantities of money, or to power as justice. The methods of power distribution are not enhancing fitness. It's a miracle we're not dead already.

Holding others down based on their ill fitness is not a way to enhance humanity. It is the -0.02, -0.02. This is the *test* and the *pass/fail*. Both of these take work and skew results themselves by occurring. They get in the way like a spellchecker when the message is clear. Going to Iraq to hold down insurgents is clearly wrong. Especially when you've made the threat up to see if you could lunchbox the world, beginning with Iraq/the oil.

Enhancing the ways of the good, and helping people refine themselves using social programs and good culture/company is a better choice than refining out the lame. This should be the end of the first half of humanity.

Promoting the 10 without promoting the 12 is unfit. We should provide opportunity for competition for the good and a sickbed for the others, while we reduce oversight. This means reducing corporate untouchability and protectionism and opening the way for new better technologies and organization practices.

Unchecking the populace is a good idea.

Mark of the beast, the SSN, must be either in your hand [card] or head [known] or you can't buy or sell / have a job. That is today. But you're not meant to know.

Remove social security. Remove the income tax. Maintain militia-police and courts of justice. Remove legal prohibition. Enhance individual understanding and production of law and progression.

Remove mandatory military service and promote civilian and cultural military readiness. No major international wars will be fought where armies are important. All armies are for police actions and resource cultivation. Localizing business is a good choice. Enhancing local cultural hemispheres is important.

You can replace security teams with cultural teams, which will produce a neighborhood that will help fend off crime by being good and worthwhile. Islam attempts to do this, but fails. Win. The goodness is in the heart of the individual. Build *houses* around them.

How does a neighborhood help reduce crime?

It is not the fortifications of the walls. It is the lives of the people. The watchers. Reporters. The sewing up of resource streams in good relationships, intelligent, and competitive ways. This is how we build strong economies, strong societies. Someone who sits on oil or diamonds but mismanages them or hoards them jealously or violently will have them taken by a stronger and better managed force. Do not be afraid to give diamonds. The true market will bring them back to where they should go.

For example, the presidency.

Technologies are diamonds. They will be used well. This all is to improve fitness, as those in the Leagues have sworn to and staked their fortunes and all our lives on, as they are already staked by time.
